Bandura's hypothesis says that the person's behaviour is influenced by the situation and vice versa. In simpler terms, it implies that the situation tends to create changes in the behaviour of the person, and in turn, the behaviour of this person is also in charge of a change in the environment. Thus, it means that not only does this situation affect the individual's thought, but the individual's resulting behaviour also influences the situation.
