Technical discontinuities are using current technologies whose Technological boundaries are inherently higher than those of the past dominant technology along economically related dimensions of merit (Anderson&Tushman 1997) . Anderson&Tushman (1991 ) stated that organisations are today being done through the point of discontinuity because of radical scientific changes getting what they named `` creative death '': Where existing methods are changed in favor of new and better methods. Each technological discontinuity brings about the scientific cycle. Some discontinuous designs represent competence destroying, while others represent competency enhancing.
